P0871 68rfe Fix, Specifically, we’re talking about why this code pops up on the Chrysler 68RFE Hey everyone, today we are working on a 68RFE transmission. Just put a Revvmax valve body in it due to a P0871 code. Kept going into limp mode during 2-3 and 3-4 shifts. If I put a load on it the engine light comes on and code is P0871 which is Pressure sensor switch and other/or various pressure related issues. I've been researching a lot and think I could fix it with a new valve body but am not sure it will really fix anything long term. 2016 ram 2500 with 68RE transmission. Truck has 70k miles and is tuned on a low-HP (50 maybe?) tow tune with EFI Live. Full deletes running MM3 with Hi guys- My transmission keeps going into limp mode.
